What to Expect in Your Home Remodel Process

Our 7-Step Customer Happiness Process

1. Estimate

You can send pictures, measurements, inspiration pictures, and notes via txt at (503) 523-8566, or via e-mail to cris@pdxrestorations.com. You will receive a follow up call to discuss your vision for the project, timeline, and budget. We then take all the information provided by you and create a project proposal.

2. Proposal

Proposals are created in Builder Trend, our online project management platform, and sent via e-mail. Once we agree on scope, timing, and pricing, contract signature is collected via DocuSign for convenience.

3. Contract & Down Payment

We collect the down payment prior to project start. Our invoices are sent via QuickBooks, which provides you with the option to pay online, but we also offer the option for one of our team members to meet with you to collect the check for convenience. After down payment has been received, you can expect a follow up call to confirm project start date, discuss orders, and final details such as desired work hours and access to home. You will also receive login information to Builder Trend where you can review budget information, selections, schedule, and progress pictures of your project.

4. On the first day

Time to meet the team! One of our project managers will meet with you and introduce the work crew, then be available for questions.

5. During the Project

We provide a weekly project check-in, where we typically discuss project updates, order status, upcoming invoices, and cover questions and concerns.

6. Project Completion

We meet for a final walk-through, where we review the final project, discuss touch-ups or modifications needed. Once the project has reached completion, final payment is collected.

7. Relax and Enjoy!

You can expect a follow up call after 30 days, and a complimentary service call after one year. We typically come through and address caulking cracks or minor paint touch ups.
